Chemical description
(To be edited, initial data ST OCT 04) Prostaglandin analogue used in obstetrics for softening and dilating the cervix prior to vacuumaspiration or termination of pregancy during the first triemster. Administered in vagitorium 1 mg. Metabolized by betaoxidation. No data pointing to CYP-interactions.
