Rationale
Beta-blocker undergoing extensive liver metabolism by CYP 2D6. Considerable clinical experience as well as three references point to non-porphyrinogenicity.

Beta-receptor blocking agent metabolized by CYP 2D6. Thunell, patient reports (n=18): tolerated. Andersson, patient report (n=26): tolerated. South African list: use. French list: authorized. Australian list: safe EPI: safe (betablockers).
