Propably not porphyrinogenic
PNP

Rationale
Ramipril: One reference stating non porphyrinogenicity. Hydrochlorthiazide: Not metabolised. Probably no CYP-affinity. Clinical experience of non-porphyrinogenicity. Conflicting evidence
Chemical description
Ramipril: Alanine derivative which is hydrolyzed in the liver giving rise to the ACE- inhibitor ramiprilate. Also other metabolites are produced. Hydrochlorthiazide: thiazide diuretic, sulfonamide congener. Eliminated in urine in unchanged form. Probably no CYP-affinity. Ramipril: South African list: use with care. Tradenames
This list comprises raw data collected from different countries. In some cases, a more comprehensive list of available drug packages is included. Consequently, very similar terms may therefore appear multiple times. Bold names are the searchable terms, while the gray names that follow are all mapped to the bolded term.
