Potent inducer of CYP 3A4. Inducer of CYPs 2C8, 2C9. No significant systemic exposure in dermatological use.
Chemical description
Broadspectrum imidazole antimycotic creme 1% or cutaneous solution 1% for dermatological use in thin application Inhibitor of CYPs 11B1, 17, 19 (Aromatase), 1A2, 2A6, 2C19 (potent), 2C8 (potent), 2D6. Potent CYP- inducer. No systemic effects even in long term treatment.
