Chemical description
Tabl 200-1200 mg/d. Analgetic and antiflogistic propionic acid derivative. Racemic form of ibuprophene. Metabolized in the liver by hydroxylation (CYP2C9 and 2C8) and carboxylation. No data pointing to CYP-induction.
