Probably insignificant systemic exposure.
Chemical description
Gel 5%. Analgetic and antiinflammatory gel for dermal application effective through its cyclooxygenas inhibiting effect. Hydroxylated by CYP2C9 (major enzyme) and 2C8. Inhibitor of CYP 2C9. Excreted as two metabolites. No data pointing to CYP-induction No data on systemic exposure but is considerd low. South African list: use.
