Substrate for 3A4. Ligand to PXR and light to moderately strong inducer of CYP 3A4.
Chemical description
Tabl; 200-1000 mg/d. Sulfamate substituted monosaccharide used for additional treatment in patients with partial or generalized epileptic attacks. Metabolized by CYP 3A. Nallani et al. Topiramate.
