Not porphyrinogenic

Rationale

Fluoxetine is a MI complexing agent in rat liver, but not necessarily in human liver. Not porphyrinogenic in chick hepatocyte culture. Repeated clinical experience points to non-porphyrinogenicity. Several references consider it safe.

Chemical description
