Rationale
Hydrophilic substance, insignificant systemic exposure.
Chemical description
Ipratropium bromide, anticholinergic used in treatment (nasal spray 21 - 42 µg/dose) of rhinitis. Plasma levels below detection limit, only 3 - 6 % of the dose recovered in urine.
