Probably non-CYP metabolism. One reference: authorised. Significant clinical experience of non-porphyrinogenicity.
Chemical description
Adrenergic used in asthma administered in inhalation aerosol (5 mg 4 times/day) in asthma. Metabolized by sulfatation and excreted in urine in conjugated form. No clinical data pointing to CYP-interaction. French list: authorized. C.Andersson, patient reports: tolerated (n=11). Used in porphyria ward (Swden).
