Probably insignificant systemic exposure.
Chemical description
Adrenergic selective beta-2-stimulator with long durationof effect, administered as inhalation powder (12 µg/dose) in bronchial asthma. About 90% of the dose may be swallowed and absorbed. Plasma cancentrations are below the detection limit. Eliminated after direct glucuronidation and 0-demetylation followed by glucuronidation.
