Chemical description
Brimonidine tartrate, used in eye drops 2mg/mL to decrease the intraocular pressure in glaucoma. Plasma concentrations after 10 days use is very low, in the order of 0,06 µg/mL, but some accumulation can be noted on repeated installations.
