Aminosteroide, structurally similar to pancurone. Probably not significantly metabolised. Two references consider it (probably) safe.
Chemical description
(To be edited, initial data ST OCT 04) Aminosteroide muscle relaxant used in surgery. Partly excreted via bile. No metabolites have been identified in plasma or urine. South African list: use with care. French list: authorized.
