Not significantly metabolised. Several references as well as clinical experience point to non-porphyrinogenicity.
Chemical description
Broadspectrum penicillin. In larger parts excreted in urine as active compound within eight hours, the rest being excreted in stool. South African list: use Australian list: safe EPI-list: safe. French list: use. Thunell, patient inquiry: well tolerated (n=4) CAndersson: Tolerated by several patients.
