Non-CYP dependent metabolism.
Chemical description
Muscle relaxant used in surgery and intensive care. Isomeric form of atracurium. Metabolized non-enzymatically by Hofmann elimination. One of the two metabolites is further metabolized by hydrolysis via unspecific plasma esterases .
